Sinhala language not showing in chrome

I recently upgraded my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Then I use the Chrome browser Chrome, it does not display the Sinhala language. This has been shown in Windows 8.1. I search on the internet, I found an article saying (this article is in sinhala language) insert

chrome://flags/#disable-direct-write

in the address bar and Enable Disable DirectWrite . I did it even though it didn't work. But my chrome on Ubuntu 14.04 shows Sinhala language. (I'm dual boot). can someone help me.

Thanks Dinit for your answer, but I came up with this solution. Install iskoola pota font and it works.

Try this,
Search in Windows -> search for "additional functions"
Click "add additional function" (the preferences panel will open)
Click "add function" and install both additional sinhala fonts
Restart your computer.
