Visual Studio 2015 xaml Design mode unhandled exception

Xaml visual studio mode not working. It failed on unhandled Exception every time I open it. I have not changed the default configuration and I have never created a project before. What I have done is simple:

Installing Visual Studio 2015 Community Today on Windows 10.
Create a new Visual C ++ Blank application (called FXplorer).
One of the programs generated by the program, opening MainPage.xml and switching to design mode.
I haven't added any code to my project.

The error is as follows:

An Unhandled Exception has occured

Click here to reload the designer => Click here leads to the same error

I don't know if there is a link, but I have another problem with xaml. If I try to open the properties window of the xaml element then the window is completely empty (only happens with xaml).

Now it works! But I do not know why...

I wanted to know if there was a problem with other languages. I created another project, but this time a generic Windows Blank App C #, not C ++. In this new application, the Designer worked.

I closed this application and I opened a non-working C ++ application. And now the "Designer" and "Properties" windows are working.

It's not really an answer, but I didn't know where to post it.

This worked for me on two different HP products (HP sets the "Platform" environment variable).

remove environment variable "Platform" in System-> Advanced System Settings-> Environment Variables ...

In my case, he said = HPD

Go to Windows Settings when the Enable Developer Mode for Windows 10 message appears , then change the setting to Developer Mode. Open the app and you should be able to open the XAML file.

In Windows 10, remove the Processor environment variable. (Control Panel, System and Security, System, Advanced System Settings, Advanced tab). Select "Processor". Click "Delete" then "OK", "OK")
