Strange Highlighter Syntax Issue in Google Blogger

I'm having a weird problem with the Highlighter syntax on Google Blogger.

I added the Highlighter syntax to my blog step by step, but it didn't work for me, I assured everything in the EDIT HTML of my blog.

The problem continued.

Later I created a test blog to test if the same method works and found out that the syntax marker works with the test blog.

I know the syntax shortcut doesn't work with Dynamic View, but here both of my blogs have the same template. The only difference in both blogs is name and address. Moreover, both of my blogs use the same template.
