Unknown enum constant Scope.LIBRARY_GROUP. Xamarin warning

I got this error while I try to run the application on my mobile device . The application runs on an emulator without warnings or errors.

I'm trying to change the version of Google Play Services to 24.2.1 but it doesn't help.
