Adding a New Service to an Existing Service Application
How do I add a new state service for an existing service application in Visual Studio 2015? I can only see the option to add a new service app?

The Application Fabric Application project has node services in Solution Explorer in VS. You can right click on a node to add an existing service.
You will probably have to manually modify the application manifest anyway.
