Visual Studio 2017 - Unable to See Publishing - Missing Profile / Deployment Options

Question

I can no longer publish any project. I am missing a NuGet package or something. I have the latest VS 2017 (March 2017). See image below:

I had the same problem where I re-enabled "Microsoft Azure App Service Tools" with extensions and updates.
