How to change the format of numbers in the DataGrip table editor

Question

I'm wondering why DataGrip doesn't respect the local number format separators when editing table values.

Here in Germany, our decimal separator is a comma, not a period. And so I cannot use my keyboard to edit numbers.

Anyone have an idea how to change the number format?
