Big problem comes up when I try to install JDK 8 on Windows 8.1. Although this is not the first time I have installed them. I tried to figure out and fix it on the JDK install error thread but doesn't seem to be any better.

I've tried some of these solutions too, but nothing worked. I can't say exactly what the problem is, but I ran the following programs, rebooted and was able to download and install successfully.
- Windows Disk Cleanup
- CCleaner
- Malwarebytes
