I get an error when I click the Buy Now (paypal) button. How to solve this?

Please help me solve this problem at PayPal. I have implemented the paypal gateway method in squarespace. But when I click the Buy Now button, it shows me this message on my screen. "You have been inactive for a while, so we are logged out to protect your account. Please return the merchant and restart the payment process."
