How can I use R for multiple-answer questions in a survey and make comparisons?

I have not found anything useful to convert the command "MRSETS" to SPSS to R. I am looking for similar codes to group multiple answer questions for further analysis and comparison between the questions in the survey and looking for trends in some regions.

how to get such output in R. Thanks
