Azure Bot Service - "Internal Server Error"
In Azure, I have created a bot service application that works great when I build it. I am looking at Microsoft App ID, password and downloads the chat emulator and code in the browser (using LUIS template and node.js language). Someday, if I go back to load this App Service from the Azure Control Panel, it keeps giving an "Internal Server Error" error. I'm not sure if I shouldn't be going to the newly created Bot service from the dashboard? I've done this 3-4 times already, with new names, new RGs, etc. It's the same problem every time.

Unfortunately this looks like a bug, there are two open questions right now on the SDK repositories that are very similar to yours. Here is one of them; 'InternalServerError - Bot and QnA Maker .
As for the downvote, it might be because the question doesn't get a screenshot that usually helps answer the questions. Also, explaining the steps you have taken or compared to them would help provide a clearer picture for the community to respond to.
