Recommended backend server for build, CI and CPU tasks

I am looking for a server capable of performing the following tasks:

• Build-Server (we have several developers using Microsoft Team Foundation Services)
• Continuous integration of massive projects (will spend a lot of time running tests)
• Perform CPU intensive tasks (mainly data analysis in user mode)

Requirements:

• Should be able to run hundreds of processes at the same time (therefore should include a large number of cores [16 +])
• Must contain at least 64 GB of RAM.
• Better not to turn on the OS (we already have a license for Windows Server, so we don't want to pay extra money for the operating system)
• We don't need a lot of memory, but we must have at least 1/2 TB SSD (additional magnetic storage is optional).
• Better to be calm (will be near my office :-()

Any recommendations?
