Getting 503 when requesting IAP products from Apple iTunes
I have set up a test user in iTunes Connect and exited the App Store on my device, but when I go to in-app purchases request for my app, I get 503.
Additionally, the site http://sandbox.itunes.apple.com/ says the service is unavailable (and has been running for almost 24 hours). Is this normal or makes it impossible for IAP integration until the service returns?

It seems like it's just a pending game:
- IAP product or
- Test user
to fully register with iTunes Connect.
I haven't made any changes and it works fine now, although http://sandbox.itunes.apple.com/ still returns 503.
