Remove visual studio 2015 shell (isolated)

My SQL Server Management studio worked fine. I deleted some random folder (can't remember what it was) and it stopped working. When I repaired it, it won't start. An error message appears: " One or more components are missing. Please reinstall ." The same message will appear even after reinstallation. So I decided to do a complete uninstall and install again. I managed to uninstall everything except visual studio 2015 shell (highlighted) . When I remove the delete, it displays a message in the first image, and when I click yes, it displays an error in the second image. Any idea how to get rid of this and run ssms.exe correctly?
