IOS CNA on iOS 10.3 won't open links in Safari

I have a router that opens an Apple CNA on a captive portal with a button to accept the terms and conditions

When users accept the terms, the router opens a connection and redirects the user to a welcome page with a link.

In iOS 10.2.1, when I click on a link (this is an absolute link https://mydomain.it/mypage "), CNA will automatically close and Safari will open with a link.

In iOS 10.3.1 the link opens inside CNA with all case restrictions (limited js support, no localstorage, ecc ...)

How to fix it?

The issue was fixed in one of the iOS 11 beta releases, but another issue appeared in the iOS 11 GM release yesterday: CNA won't close after it opens a link in Safari. Users need to close CNA by clicking Finish.
