Install multiple versions of XAMPP on Mac

I want to install multiple versions of XAMPP.

Install each XAMPP instance in its own folder

But how can you do this? (Since you cannot change the installation directory)

And when renaming the XAMPP folder after installation, the manager doesn't work.
