Network error using Chocolatey to install programs
I tried almost everything at https://chocolatey.org/install
Here is the error I am getting using the most recommended method:
As per their instructions, I used PowerShell to
'Set-ExecutionPolicy AllSigned'
I have also tried installing from PowerShell
with the following result:
I also tried a "completely offline installation" which involves manually downloading and extracting the nupkg file, but with similar results as above. Do you have any idea about the errors I am getting? What to do to get the chocolate installed?

I am guessing that most likely you are facing an SSL / TLS problem. We just returned the certificates on Monday and the old certificate expired on Tuesday. I am assuming that you need to renew your certificates or have an old certificate caching for some reason.
Another possibility is that there is a proxy server that prevents you from contacting you.

Don't forget about your chocolate .config. It appears that you are blocked, but for those who visit this question, these are the relevant keys that you need to fill in. Unless you were the bad guy and you got your black IP.
