Provide DNS Name for Azure Load Balancer

I created a load balancer with a public IP address. Based on the documentation, I can access LB with the following FQDN: "LB name". 'Region'.cloudapp.azure.com

He does not work.

When you create a virtual machine, you have the option when you click on the machine's public IP link to add the DNS name, but doing the same from the LB parameter does not give this option. Just choose if this IP is dynamic or static.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just go to the public IP address (bound to LB) and assign a DNS name to it.
