Chrome: Not Available (in Promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found

With the latest Chrome update (version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit)), when I try to play (not autoplay) a video using jplayer, I get this exception in the Chrome console and I cannot play the video. I didn't have this problem (and no warning) in Chrome until Friday. I don't have this problem in Firefox and Internet Explorer where I usually see videos.

I just tried this: DOMException: Failed to load because no supported sources were found , but I still cannot see the video
