R: Using hurdle () in pslc for paired data

I need to build a barrier model for paired data in R.

I am running into numerous errors trying to use glmmADMB (making pairing a random effect).

The pscl package works nicely, but I couldn't find a way to enable pairing.

Is there a way to account for pairing in hurdle ()?
