The MultiLingual App Toolkit stops working. Provider error.
I am using multilingual App toolkit to translate resx files but recently it stops working with below error message. I thought it was free and unlimited. Have I reached a certain limit? When I say yes, nothing happens, no translation at all.
Another question: is it possible to add a new provider like google translate? I thought I was looking at some kind of presentation, said that it was possible, but I could not figure out how to do it.

They upgraded to Azure Portal and now this paid service looks like.
Microsoft Translator is now available for purchase in the Azure portal.
The Microsoft DataMarket platform retired on April 30, 2017.
For Microsoft Translator API subscribers previously subscribed in Microsoft DataMarket,
the move to the Azure portal requires a small code change in your applications.
EDIT: Obviously, one word translation is still supported for free, but more than one word for a key no longer works.
