Strange character LSEP showing randomly

The LS + U + 2028 symbol keeps popping up around my wordpress site. Through the inspector, I can see that it is a locally rendered font like Helvetica or Times New Roman (from what I've seen). However, it does not display in all browsers, but I have seen that some browsers do not display this symbol.

Is there a way to remove or disable rendering of this symbol? While they don't appear on some computers, they still leave a tag-like white space that twists the structure of the site.
