DNS name of the Google Cloud Virtual Machine

I have several virtual machines running on Microsoft Azure . VM gets DNS name assigned with something likemytestvm.cloudapp.net

With this DNS name, I can access the services running on this virtual machine.

Now I am trying to get the same thing on Google Cloud . I cannot find anything like it.

Is there something I am missing?

Please suggest.
