How do I show full rulers in the Chrome inspector?

The ruler inspector in Firefox looks like this. It shows wide lines around the box. strings in Firefox

But the Chrome inspector only has them on the left and top. The lines do not continue from the bottom and right sides. take a look at my red lines

Is it possible to have all lines like in Firefox?
