Error installing ruby ​​using jemalloc

I am on ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS and tried to install ruby ​​with jemalloc. Jemalloc was installed successfully ( https://blog.scalingo.com/2017/05/02/improve-ruby-application-memory-jemalloc.html ) but when installing ruby ​​2.3.4 it gave the following error.

>rvm install 2.3.4 -C --with-jemalloc
