App installation is canceled on MI devices every time Instant Launch is enabled

I am testing XIOMI REDMI note 4. When Instant Launch was disabled it worked fine and asked for permission when I launch the application, allow or deny.

Then I enabled immediate launch and launch of the app, which was disabled inside the device and I also checked on Redmi 3s prime and Note 3 devices, but the same problem on them.

I tried, re-enabled USB debugging and enabled the Install via USB option in developer settings, nothing helped.
