Azure Features: Autoscale is not currently available for this resource

I am running an Azure Function with App Service plan B1. When I want to manually scale it by going to the "Scale Out" setting, I get "Autoscale is currently not available for this resource". error, although plan B1 only supports manual scale.

This used to work as I could manually scale up to three instances. The only thing that has a change is that I added 1 more app serving plan to the same resource group ... not sure if that might be the problem.

Any idea what the problem might be?

This is a bug in the portal. A bug fix for this is already planned. Don't make a provisional date right now when releasing a bug fix.
