To draw a graph like Structure together with Radiobutton?

Since I am new to android, so I don’t know exactly the name of this structure, but I selected it in the shape of a rectangle ...

I need to create this in xml, is it possible to design it in xml ??

If not, how can this be done ??? I have a screen like a graphics-like structure along with 4 radios. The data in the switch will not be static, this may change. I just want the radio buttons to be above the graph line, and that might not change if the screen size changes.

So overall I want to implement this structure-like graph with a switch, does anyone have any idea what this is called originally and how it would be implemented Thanks in advance :-)
