You must be logged in to download this component even though it is signed

I use Visual Studio for Mac (generally I use Xamarin Studio on my Mac) for iOS and Android development. I am trying to create a new solution and add "Components" to my solution. I signed up with my Microsoft account, but he said, "You must be logged in to download this component."

Is there a way to turn this off, or tell me I'm signed in? Or is there some other account I have to log in with that I don't know?

He says my status is "Visual Studio Community". Doesn't this allow for the use of components? This is Xamarin Studio, the free community license makes the components just fine.
