Blogger has FTP support, allowing you to post to your own ftp space until May 1, 2010.
On the days when you create a post, the Blogger engine compiles your entire blog into hundreds of html files and resources to upload your FTP space.
These text files must be excerpted from the final migration which has an official blog available at http://blogger-ftp.blogspot.com/
