Error starting junit test system in eclipse

I am using Junit 4 and I am using 2 libraries to handle ridicule in junit. Below is my code.

I am using mockito-all-1.10.19.jar and powermock-module-junit4-1.6.6.jar. Can anyone help me to solve this problem.
