Managed Debugging Helper "FatalExecutionEngineError" has started

While DEBUG I got the following error, but the same test can RUN successfully.

when I enable the Use Managed Compatibility Mode option under Tools-> Option-> Debug-> General, the error window changed to the following:

Are there any clues what is going on? I am using visual studio 2015.
