Facebook Account Kit didn't receive SMS code from US number

I am using a set of Facebook accounts in my iOS app. Everything works well for me and my internal testers (Israel). But external testers of AppStore cannot get sms verification code from account set. Has anyone seen a problem like this? And how do you fix it?
