Size angular material bottom sheet bottom

I'm using angular bottom sheet material, but I want it in a way that can be customized when the user drags it up and down from the bottom. I used one plugin to resize the bottom sheet, but the bottom sheet is dragged up and down without resizing, its bottom is not fixed. This is the link where I tried to use plunkar.
