Connect to RTC Jazz server using java and find work items

Our organization uses an RTC server to support all work items. I need to develop a java client and connect to jazz server [https: //: 9443 / ccm /] and get RTC items.

Please let me know if there is a java api to connect to the RTC server and get work items and update the work items
