Elastic Search: Put Continuation JSON Streaming Log File Data into Index

I have a file on my local drive that continuously writes json formatted logs of different applications.

I would like to put this continuous json data into the Elastic Search index.

How can we put continuous json data into the index.

Any suggestions.
