SPARQL Query tab in Protege shows nothing

I open the SPARQL Query tab in Protege, but the result is this:

This happens in version 2.0.1 of the Protégé SPARQL Plugin, bundled with Protege 5.2, after loading any ontology.

Update the "OWLAPI RWF Library" and "Protege SPARQL Plugin" to the latest version with an automatic update mechanism (which appears when Protege starts or can be activated via the menu File > Check for plugins…
