Mathjax does not output TEX formulas dynamically from PHP / Ajax

I am getting the following question from an Ajax request
MathJax is configured correctly, but the question coming from JSON is not showing MathJax. The question is stored in the MySQL database and retrieved using an ajax request.
I tried everything but it still doesn't work. Please, help
