Directional marker at specific points on the polyline - sheet

How can I draw direction markers like the one I have in the screenshot showing the direction of the polyline only at certain points on the flyer map? I know there is a plugin that draws arrows along a polyline (this is not what I want). I want something similar to the Google Maps back arrow symbol. Can someone help.
