How to choose an IoT M2M SIM card service

I searched and it didn't work out here. I developed a Remote Monitor for small wind turbines in Peru using both an Arduino Uno, Raspberry Pi and a USB modem.

I want to try to cut our monthly data costs (you currently have a Claro per USB to USB tethering SIM card which costs about $ 9 per month)

Does anyone have experience with numerous M2M (Machine 2 Machine) SIM card companies that are available out there.

The hologram seems to be the clearest in the pricing structure so far, many companies want to quote you.

Our projects will send about 14 bits of data every 10 minutes. Any current users of other M2M SIM cards would be very grateful for your opinions and feedback.

I suggest working with a local mobile operator, which is also widespread in rural areas. This could be a more cost effective option and would be an opportunity for MNOs in the M2M area. You can ask them to provide prepaid numbers with GPRS only as an active service.

They can create a monthly update data package and assign it to one master account, and assign other numbers to a child account. All accounts, including the main account, share the data balance with the main account. With a monthly top-up, the numbers can remain active and provide data for your M2M project. As I recall, 10 years ago creating group accounts with a common concept of consumption was available in MNO billing systems, probably your national MNO operators have this in their system.
