Service manager error

I am running test cases in the protractor and am seeing a point-to-point error message like "ERROR: service_manager.cc (425)]. The ProviderSpec interface refused to connect from: content_utility to: content_browser" which in turn failed some of my test cases. I have not seen this error message before and have seen it now after updates in Chrome browser.
