Invalid input when trying to customize lambda blueprint iot-button-email
I am trying to use i-button-email for AWS Lambda Blueprint email. Apparently it doesn't accept the serial number even though I'm sure it is correct:
This prevents the lambda from being generated. What am I doing wrong?
workaround
By creating an empty lambda (ie hitting delete) and then creating a rule from the "thing" in the registry, you can achieve the desired result. Maybe the problem is that my item is already registered?

As of today, this bug has been fixed by Amazon! The configuration should now work fine.
There is a post on the amazon forum: https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=257887 Where it says it was a technical issue that has now been fixed.
