Android Studio 3.0 Canary 1 - Simulator stuck in boot

I tried running the Android O app on a new Canary Build in Android Studio, but when I start the Simulator it gets stuck on loading. It was 20 minutes that got stuck.

This happens with both the Pixel XL preset and the Nexus 5X.

It works fine if I use API 25 (nougat)

Have any of you experienced this problem and fixed it?

Finally it turned out that I did not update all the components in the SDK manager. After updating all of them the emulator worked fine
