Add mesh grid to dynamic high definition marker

I have this dynamic diagram. May I ask how to add a horizontal grid that moves with the marker? and also a vertical grid line that is 60 seconds away from the current marker?

it takes 6 seconds, not 60 seconds when set to 60,000 i.e. It is not displayed for 60 seconds.
