Unable to request projects using Tuleap REST API

I am using Tuleap API to query projects using below API

https://alm.test.com/api/projects?query={"shortname":"myproject"}

      

        
        
        
      

    

When I call this API, it does not return results for the "myproject" project, but returns all projects in Tuleap.

I used the same REST API on the Tuleap API Explorer , it works.

Did I miss something?
