How can I sort my products online on the store page by category

I am currently trying to rebuild my store page, but I had an accident, the store page seems to have mixed product categories into one big mess, it can be alphabetically ordered.

I would like to order it, but categories so that for example all items of category one are shown, then inserted into category two, then three, ect.

I found that you can just drag and drop the products and seem to change the order and also apply the position in the Order Menu tab, but it takes a long time and I think it will become a problem when trying to add more products in a category by row ...

If anyone has a suggestion or can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.
