CSS precedence

I have a question about the order of priority of styles. Is there a 6th? important user announcements . If so, what is the order of priority?

Already looked at w3.org, https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/cascade.html#cascade , But he only mentioned 5 different sources

1.) user agent
declarations 2.) user user declarations
3.) normal author declarations
4.) important declarations to the author
5.) important user declarations

I saw the sixth in the certification question. But could not find information about it.
