CLion (C ++). Got "error 127" while trying to debug

In clion (C ++) on Debian Linux, when I want to debug, I get this message:

During startup program exited with code 127.

Process finished with exit code 0

Googling didn't help me. How can I fix this in CLion? Debian Linux. (GDB 7.8)

I tried to install the gdb way manually but it didn't help ... 127 more

So here's the solution:



shch root -s / bin / bash (If it gives an error with authentication - (comment auth enough pam_rootok.so) in /etc/pam.d/chsh and try again) and finally reboot! It helped me

I had the same problem. CLion didn't tell me several times that some shared libraries are missing.

I had to add the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to the configuration I want to run.

And another possible answer - the path to valgrind is wrong.

In Settings> Build, Run ...> Valgrind. Valgrind's executable double check actually points to the executable, not just the direction.

My OSX default was in the direction that was causing the error.
