Debug iPhone Safari Error - Unable to Determine Cause

A separate web page causes Safari 9 to reload multiple times, each time it displays the message "There was a problem with this web page so it was reloaded" and then finally just refused to show only "The problem was repeated on {page name } "

The bug can only be duplicated on one of the seven Apple devices available to us, the iPhone 7 Plus runs Safari 9 using T-Mobile. Emulators cannot reproduce the problem.

When using Web Inspector and connecting a phone to a Macbook to debug an issue and configure Safari to save a log while navigating, a reboot error causes the Web Inspector window on the Macbook to close, eliminating any error messages that may be displayed. Checking Crash Logs on Macbook does not show any information about the corrupted Web Inspector.

I downloaded an app that allows me to analyze RAM usage on iPhone and there is 1.5GB of RAM left on the phone, the page itself only contains 25 high resolution images and html markup, it seems to me to consume the available RAM. The confusing part is that the problem is somewhat sporadic, I can open one tab and load the page fine, then the second tab will crash sequentially as described above.

My main problem is that this software does not allow me to determine what the error is. A question for developers with a background in Safari, generally speaking, how would you determine the actual cause of a bug in this very hostile development environment?
