Microsoft as an Azure B2C identity provider

I recently included Azure B2C in a Xamarin. As per requirement, I want to allow the user to sign in with their Microsoft account. I followed the following steps: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/active-directory-b2c-setup-msa-app In this article they selected the website, but I chose Mobile as I I work on a mobile application. But when I go to the azure portal, click the Launch Now button to register or register the policy vocabulary, then click Microsoft and it is below me -
